KIDZ Smart is a workshop that we have designed to help build children's confidence.

The workshops last for two hours and begin with explanations about how the way you walk and talk can make you look like an easy target for bullies. We then go through various drills explaining about strangers, "safe strangers", and the risks that children may face. After the first hour we then go into some drills about shouting and how to make other people take notice of what is going on. This build up into a worst case scenario. What happens if someone does approach and grab you.

The purpose of the KIDZ Smart claiss is not to frighten children but to empower them, build their confidence and help them make the right choices.

This programme has been created to help build your (a child's) confidence, while teaching simple-to-follow principles to help you (them) feel empowered during (once they have completed) the workshop.

KIDZ Smart is not like a normal martial arts class, and is suitable for all children whether you (they) have any previous training, or not.
